Meet Our Director
Derek Volkmann has been involved in music ministry in various capacities—volunteer, intern, staff—for the past 15 years. Much of that time was also spent immersed in the music industry as a performer, educator, content creator, and writer.
The work he has completed during those years, along with a passion for local churches, has culminated in the ministry of Worship Strategies, with the ultimate goal of empowering worshippers to glorify God and enjoy Him in all they do.
Derek currently serves as the Director of Worship Strategies and is a partnering missionary with Faith Family Church in Fayette, Missouri, along with Reliant Missions, an international missions agency that supports missionaries in-home and abroad.
